High pressure effects
This is what happens to a Styrofoam cup exposed to a water pressure of 25,000 psi. and ambient temperature.

We keep these shrunken-down cups for our visitors as curiosity souvenirs.

We also tried to see what happens with a good barbeque steak. I am sorry to inform you that it did not change the taste, nor did it become more tender...! Next time we may try a hamburger patty to see if we can consolidate into a good steak. What do you think?
