System for Humphreyinc
SRG gyro. In stock, and ready to use. Has copper
lining for heat transport and equalization, and the heat sinks are
balanced for the characteristics of Humphrey's SRG's heat output. Gain
a couple of hours down-hole. Threads never gall. Can also be used as Conventional
MultiShot Gyro. OD: 2-1/16".
Non-magnetic, 22,000 psi test pressure. See assembly drawings showing different variations. We deliver already pressure
tested, so that you don't have to pressure test it in your customer's
well. 2 year 'bumper-to-bumper'
warranty !!.
The left housing, houses the communication package and the top heat sink. The top connection makes to a 1-3/8" GO pin (most likely the cable head). It also has provisions for a cartridge that when inserted, connects the cable head to the phone jack of Humphrey's telemetry unit. The middle housing, houses the inclinometer and gyro package, the bottom heat sink, plus an auxiliary heat sink. It terminates with a 1-1/4" 8 pin (which would be looking down). It can also house 28 size 'C' batteries plus an additional heat sink and a battery insulating tube. This is for running 'conventional' systems with a voltage regulator. The right housing is actually the center sub (also called 'the regulator') and incorporates heat sinks, insulators, Bendix connectors, etc. It is seen here with the installed thread protectors. |
