Thermohousings are tailored to the Customer's existing payloads and running gear. The only characteristic common to all of them, is that they are round and long. The photo shows two models which are at the extremes of the dimensional spectrum. These particular ones were developed for a customer, and the ends, as well as the details of the internal wire harness, are proprietary in nature. Typically, we analyze the dimensions and requirements of the customer's payload, and design a Thermohousing around it. Included in the design, are the accessories needed to make the system operational, and most important; field worthy.

The 'small' Thermohousing has an O.D. of 1.50" [38,1 mm], carries a payload of 1.04" [26,4 mm] in diameter by 33" [0,84 Mt] long, and has through-wiring harness of 11 wires terminated in detachable connectors.
The 'BIG' Thermohousing has an O.D. of 4.00" [101,6 mm], carries a payload of 3.00" [76,2 mm] in diameter by 14.5 Ft [4,45 Mt] long, and has through-wiring harness of 53 wires terminated in detachable connectors.
Common features are:
(a)  A working pressure rating of 25,000 psi [1.700 Atm] at 500 degF [260 degC]
(b)  External materials practically immune to the effects of H2S.
(c)  Non-magnetic (excellent for magnetometers)
(d) The ends are configured so that they can be connected end-to-end for running combination-type logging.
